Accommodation over Graduation week - Sunday 16th July to Saturday 22nd July 2023

Our halls comprise of three floors, with two corridors per floor.  Each corridor contains six single en-suite rooms with shared access to the communal kitchen, lounge and TV area. 

Our single occupancy rooms are available to book at a cost of £39.00 (including VAT) per room, per night, per person.  All rooms are on a room only basis, but you can make breakfast yourself in your kitchen or treat yourself to a tasty breakfast in our lakeside restaurant, Roots which will be open from 07:30 -11:30 Monday – Friday.

• Bed linen (duvet and pillow)
• Towels
• Ironing Board
• Iron
• Microwave
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Tea/coffee/hot chocolate/mugs/teaspoons

 Some things to think about of before you book:

• Any guests staying with us, must be aged 16 and above
• There are no lifts within the halls
• You may be sharing a corridor and communal areas with other guests attending Graduation
• No pets are allowed, with the exception of guide dogs
• The TV/PC in your bedroom is not accessible
